Service Description
A balancing practice of energising flow; encouraging energy to move around the body, intertwined with restorative Yin sequence, allowing muscles and ligaments to relax; relieving tension and stress in areas of the body. Suitable for all abilities. (Use of props and music) Duration 1hr

Cancellation Policy
Treatment Deposit & Cancellation policy - Treatments can be rescheduled within a minimum of 10 days notice, however there will be a £35 admin fee. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the rest to be paid in person. For any cancellations or no shows over this, the deposit will be retained. Classes Cancellation Policy - Cancellation must be minimun of 24 hrs notice. Anything over 24hrs, full class cost will be retained. *By booking the class or treatment, you are agreeing that you are fit and well to take part in the class and or treatment . For treatments, a health questionnaire will need to be completed before treatment commences. Please see at the top of the page.
